  • Initial Service: Mapping/Assessment

    • Proprietary program known as the Mental Physical (www.mentalphysical.com)

    • A 2 hour session to discuss the client, as a whole, and map goals/directives

  • Goal Setting Session

    • Review the report from the Mapping session and establish goals for focus

  • Supplemental information/materials for independent study

  • Tools to apply towards lower goals not achieved during sessions

  • Follow up check-in (30 days after final session) to review progress and remap/assess as needed.
